ALL ABOUT LEVI'S SHOE SHINE

The Story

Starting at a young age, I remember watching my grandfather caring for and shining his cowboy boots and being transfixed by the motion of the brush and how the leather would start to shine. As I grew older, I began taking care of my own shoes; conditioning, brushing and polishing them regularly to stand out as someone that cared about the details. One day, I ran across a video of a Japanese shoe shiner and his "mirrorshined" shoes, and I was hooked. I watched every video, and began talking to any of these shoe shiners that would respond in order to learn the art of mirrorshining. ​ Fast forward to today, and I am now mirrorshining other's shoes and doing my best to share my own knowledge to assist others as they learn this incredible skill.
